We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request via email to support@postly.com within the 14-day period. Refunds are only available for first-time purchases and not for subsequent renewals.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations made after the 14-day period.
